I am on the board of my condominium association. All About Plumbing was recommended by our management company and has been our go-to plumber for about 6 months. During this time, we have used them for 5 separate projects and we have always been extremely happy with the work done. They schedule the repair soon after being contacted and the cost has been reasonable.

Paul, from All About Plumbing Inc., replaced my corroded washer taps last week. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and lovely personality. He was very conscious of carefully removing the very stubborn taps so as not to create bigger problems down the road, in a very tight spot I might add! I would not hesitate to call All About Plumbing if needed again. A wonderful company to work with.

These guys are true professionals. They replaced the old sewer pipe and installed a new one with a cleanout. Never had sewer backup issues after. No more smell. Highly recommended.

ALL ABOUT NOT CARING: Plumber was a nice guy, however: Plumber did not cover his boots when he walked through the house. That was strike one. Strike two was not asking me if I wanted to clear the contents of the cabinet-or-take out hanging towels-or-letting me know that everything in my bathroom cupboard would be emptied and left on the floor by the toilet... Strike three was being asked for a bleach cleaner because the small bathroom was covered with mildew splattered from the snaked drain. Strike four was the price. It was expensive. Strike five was messaging the company to let them know the basement floor drain had spewed up water and soaked a rug with debris, and got no reply. No. Reply. I paid more for this service than I did for an emergency plumbing issue a couple years ago with a different company. I was over-charged. It was sloppy service. I do not recommend this company at all.

My partner called this plumbing service after I spent hours clearing out the water from the basement. The drain in the basement kept backing up and we didn't know what to do. The plumber was willing to wear a mask for us which we appreciate very much as my partner is immunocompromised. He was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes. He was very kind about everything. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone!
